Goalie: Warm up
Offense: Break into Triangles
Off Point, swing it, roll to the outside, keep it hot, drive to rotate
Defense: Break into pairs of 2
bent knees passes, catch-roll away-reset-pass
10 Min
Offense: Set up in Y formation quick review. run some rotations & shots
Defense: Set up in clear with the goalie. Each pair from warm ups goes in with the goalie and does several short sets of goalie to player, roll away, pass across field, final pass to a coach in the center. Rotate pairs every play, however, instead of jogging off field, crash to i formation and be ready for a fast break downward from coach. Shot on goalie = clear off field
