Practice Anything you see that's applicable for yourself.


(Additional Work Recommended: Get to the wall 3 days per week for 30 min

Use your time efficiently. Then, pick one of these and spend 5 - 10 minutes incorporating it into wall ball. For instance, ball on the floor in front of you facing wall, shuffle left, shuffle right, shuffle back, pick up ball, throw to wall...repeat OR diagonals on an open field...) Incorporate things you see in the video into wall ball such as bending knees, watch their hand positions etc...
