Initial Rollout Requirements Per Flagler County
Flagler County Lacrosse
Club youth lacrosse
Stage 1 reopening plan
-
Self reported temperature required prior to practice each day by every attendee including parent observers
-
Stagger arrival times by 15 min per assigned group to avoid clustering
-
Divide entire team into groups with target of 6-7 people maximum in each group
-
Target participation 4 groups
-
Utilizing the field behind the pool complex, there is enough space to divide the field into 4-40yard sections
-
Each group will disperse into their assigned section and remain with their group
-
If a group moves a section it will wait for existing section participants to exit entirely
-
Target practice plan would be to have 4 sections that are rotated through in 20 min increments
-
Activities will be defined as follows:
-
Zero contact
-
No sharing of equipment
-
Safe distance of 6’ targeting practice to primarily be working as individuals inside of a multi-individual section
-
Work primarily in sets of 3, as triangles, through each stations target practice routines
-
Example would be a shooting drill that incorporates 3 persons: the initial ground ball recipient, pass to another player, final pass to a shot.
-
Another example would be to work on clearing/transitions. Lots of space with ability for a coach to teach actual game level special awareness
-
Alternating water breaks through stations
-
Exit on a 15 min delay per section
